Build Pilbara was established in 2020 as a subsidiary of Trasan, which is known throughout the Pilbara community as a multidisciplinary building service provider. Trasan was established in 1997 by Sandi and Travers Clarke and was built on core values to deliver excellence in all aspects of quality, safety and customer service. For many years, residential home builds was a core service provided by Trasan to many people throughout the Pilbara region. But as our business continued to grow we realised the need to create a unique and dedicated residential building company., seperate from our commerical and industrial clientele. Build Pilbara was created to further our dedication to providing our clients with a personalised and bespoke residential building experience. We have a proven dedication to providing high quality service when building homes within the Pilbara region.
